Meet your Instructor
I'm Anuradha Balachandran, a certified TESOL teacher and English confidence building coach from India.
My 30 years of experience teaching English to more than 5000 students of various ages, is the source from where I draw the inspiration to teach many others. I am on a mission to help 1,00,000 aspirants to become proficient and confident in speaking English.
I have taught in some of the most prestigious schools in India and held multiple roles. I retired as a principal.
My qualification is my experience and my formal qualifications are - M.A (English), B.Ed, PGDSLM and TESOL - Certificate. I am also a Toastmaster - Bronze medalist.
A proud member of - The National UN Volunteer group.

What was the Inspiration behind Confidence Building Club ?
Confidence building Club is designed to assist all those who work around the clock. The inspiration behind this Club is the trust reposed by my colleagues and friends to whom I remain ever grateful to.
In this world of technology where the most significant matter is time, everything has the hidden hash tag - fast, instant, modernized and so on. Often there is very little time for personal development, as all of us are in a race against time.
Many of my students requested for a course where they could learn more in a limited time. They are too preoccupied in their jobs/ studies; resulting in devoting very less time to language skill development. But their ardent desire to learn to speak well in English is the drive to develop this course.
