1. Scope and Commitment
Our programs are designed to provide structured learning experiences with expert guidance, engaging activities, and personalized feedback. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that:
- All fees paid for courses, workshops, and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Enrolled students receive access to course materials, training sessions, and learning resources, ensuring a complete learning experience.
- Missed classes, dissatisfaction with course content, or a change in personal circumstances will not be grounds for a refund.
2. Conditions of Enrollment
The effectiveness of the course depends on active participation and commitment from the student. Language Cell is not responsible for lack of progress due to:
- Non-attendance or failure to engage in scheduled sessions.
- Delays in responding to assignments or feedback requests.
- External factors beyond our control, including but not limited to network issues, technical problems on the student’s end, or unforeseen personal circumstances.
3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy
- One-time payments and installment payments are final—there will be no refunds once payment is processed.
- Payments cannot be adjusted towards future courses, transferred to another student, or carried forward.
- Token payments or registration fees are also non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
